Alicia has been dedicated to focusing on her own journey of health and holistic wellness for a couple of years now. After growing up in Kelowna, BC, she moved to Alberta with her parents, where she stayed until she graduated from Lethbridge University in 2024. She graduated intially from Lethbridge College with her degree in Psychology and Sociology, with a specific focus on Forensics, and then went on to graduate with her Bachelor’s of English from the University with honors. She completed an Honor’s Thesis, specializing in Celtic Gothic Literature from the 18th century. After graduation, she moved back to BC with her fiance.
Her interests include reading, yoga, which she teaches here and there on the side, and cooking. When she’s not working or teaching, she can be found curled up with a good book, cup of warm tea, and her cat, Loki. With her own personal interest in psychology and neuroplasticity, Alicia is very excited to be joining the team of excellence at Elumind Brain Centres.
