Dr. Abigail holds a BScN and an MD, having completed her medical training at St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies. Her personal experience of burnout led her to seek support from a counsellor, which not only helped her recover but also inspired a deep commitment to mental health, resilience, and preventing burnout in others. Her hands-on experience began as a co-founder of a non-profit, where she encouraged young professionals, and continued in medical school as she supported classmates in small-group settings. Now calling Vancouver home, Abigail has long been an advocate for the importance of having a Family Physician and has supported Attachment initiatives that strengthen continuity of care. Outside of work, Abigail enjoys traveling, running, and exploring her creativity through Procreate brush lettering, always valuing meaningful connections and opportunities for growth.
