What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based psychological therapy that helps you understand how your thoughts and feelings about yourself and the outside world affect your behavior. Normally, immediately after your session, your therapist will also provide you with homework to work on in between sessions. CBT typically takes anywhere from 15-30 sessions, depending on the nature of the problem.

What is Biofeedback?
