When you think about your brain, your fabulous brain made up from many pathways or what we call in neuroscience neuronal pathways. We call these neuronal pathways roads in our RCD analogy. These neuronal pathways are made up of individual cells or neurons or simply nerve cells. Communication between these nerve cells occurs because of certain chemicals called neurotransmitters. In our RCD model, these chemicals are referred to as cars. Of course, you can have wonderful roads, excellent cars, but without drivers, you can only go so far. At Elumind, we refer to the driver as the mind or the psychology of the person. Now, these could involve your core beliefs about yourself and the world around you, your habits, or simply some of your values that direct your behavior which we try to figure them out from your assessments. So again the RCD model is about roads cars and drivers, in other words, your brain’s pathways, your brain’s chemicals, that by the way is affected by your nutrition and your gut health for absorption of the food you eat and finally by your mind or your psychology.
