QEEG Neurofeedback Technician, BS Psychology
Leonardo – most people call him Leo – finished his undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology, where he combined both his passion for biological sciences and psychology. Leonardo enjoys learning about the human mind and neurological processes. He hopes to be admitted into a medical school program where he can continue to learn more about the human body and mind. During his free time, Leonardo enjoys volunteering at Strive Living Society; mentoring for Big Brothers, and Big Sisters of Langley; and volunteering as an Assistant Coach for Special Olympics British Columbia. He also loves snowboarding in the winter, hiking in the summer, and powerlifting year-round. Leonardo enjoys working at Elumind because he is able to interact with each client and feels that he is able to apply his undergraduate learning to help individuals suffering from mental illness. Furthermore, he is eager to be able to learn more about how various treatments offered at Elumind can help all individuals’ mental health.
